Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Policy:

We operate a fair delivery policy. All small items are dispatched using Royal Mail, medium sized items via courier and Furniture using our dedicated delivery service.

Gift Items:

Very Small & light weight items will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Packet post and charged at £3.95 to one UK address. Smaller items may vary depending on size and weight which ranges from £2.95 - £9.95

Furniture:

Delivery costs are calculated by weight and value. The average cost for small items of furniture is £35 and larger items £50. It’s simple, good value and delivered by professional couriers. If you live close to the Trading Boundaries store you can collect in store and we will refund the cost. Orders over £500 are shipped free of charge to one UK address.

In order to make sure that your furniture is going to be very special we promise to you that if you don’t love your furniture it can be sent back straight away. Inspect your furniture on delivery and if it is not satisfactory we’ll take it away and refund you in full. Alternatively we will exchange your furniture free of charge if you let us know within 14 days*. *For a refund after delivery a collection charge will apply for full terms and conditions. UK mainland deliveries only, furniture must be in a new and unused condition, failure to take reasonable care may result in a claim against you, the furniture needs to be made available for collection within 14 days of cancellation.

Collections:

Due to the busy nature of our shop and ensuring you have the help you need to load your items, we will require at least 48hrs notice for any furniture collections.
