We are delighted that our building is the focus of this wonderful book.
Angela traces its history from when it was built by Lord Sheffield in 1779, the tenants and landlords over the many years, the part it played in the Second World War and beyond to when Michael Clifford & Tracy Thomson purchased it in 1998 and it became Trading Boundaries.
The book also features lots of rare photographs of the building and characters from over the years.
Enjoy memories from those who lived here or close by, including ghostly tales!
It's a lovely insight into a fascinating building.
The book is dedicated to the wonderful Roy Lingham (1922 - 2021) who lived at Vigoes Farm next to the Sheffield Arms for many years.

Our Delivery
You will find the calculation for each piece of furniture when you get to the checkout. Furniture is often delivered by our own team but where this is not possible we will arrange for a courier or out sourced delivery team. We will always liaise with you in advance. Alternatively you can choose to Click and Collect. We are happy to provide estimate for deliveries outside of Mainland UK on request. Feel free to call our showroom if you’d like more specific information.
We operate a fair delivery policy. All small items are dispatched using Royal Mail, medium sized items via courier and Furniture using our dedicated delivery service who will place & install the piece for you in your home if required.
Returns
It is our policy that if you don’t love your furniture it can be sent back straight away. Inspect your furniture on delivery and if it is not satisfactory we’ll take it away and refund you in full. Alternatively we can exchange your furniture free of charge if you let us know within 14 days*. *For a refund after delivery a collection charge will apply for full terms and conditions. UK mainland deliveries only, furniture must be in a new and unused condition, failure to take reasonable care may result in a claim against you, the furniture needs to be made available for collection within 14 days of cancellation.

Due to the busy nature of our shop we will require at least 48hrs notice of any furniture returns made in person.
